Without knowledge of these issues, we would have had a future filled with extensive repairs and expenses. We were very thankful for the options Mike provided us for work arounds and cost estimates, but it just wasn’t the home for us.The second property had a much brighter picture and Mike gave our new home an “A” rating after a few minor fixes.
